2. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate booking and payment information.

3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective cruise line.
Payments are securely processed via Easebuzz or SanKash (for “Travel Now Pay Later” option).
NauticaOne does not store sensitive payment information.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed are subject to change without notice until confirmed at booking.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations for bookings made through NauticaOne (Divertido Cruises) are governed by the respective cruise line’s cancellation and refund policies.
1. General Policy
NauticaOne follows the rules of the cruise line/operator with whom the booking is made.
Refund eligibility, cancellation charges, and timelines vary by cruise operator.
2. Refund Process
Requests must be emailed to helpdesk@nauticaone.in
with booking details.
Refunds will be initiated only after confirmation from the respective cruise line.
Processing time may take 7–30 working days, depending on cruise line and payment gateway.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Convenience fees, taxes, or service charges may be non-refundable.
4. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen events, refund and rescheduling will follow the cruise line’s policy.
